Exchange Policy


  • In case the product delivered does not match the size ordered, you are required to share the details with us at or WhatsApp us at +92 316 0007190. within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Product images may slightly vary from the actual product due to photographic lighting sources or may differ based on your screen resolution and other settings. Therefore, products cannot be exchanged for this reason. Exchange request will only be catered if a product is defected or a wrong product has been delivered.
  • Products purchased on Sale cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded (neither online nor in-stores).
  • Items bought on full price that are now on sale will be exchanged at the discounted price.
  • Mardaz Fashion does not offer refunds, except in case of prepayments where an item is either out-of-stock, wrong product has been delivered or the product has any kind of manufacturing defect.
  • We do not offer cash refunds.
  • Refunds may be offered in form of a voucher with 1 month validity.
  • In case of prepaid orders, refund for the defected product will be processed after the product has been returned to Mardaz Fashion. Refund may take up to 15 working days to reflect in your account from the time we have received the product.
  • Accessories cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
  • We do not have a return/exchange policy for international orders.
  • The customer would be liable to pay the courier charges to return the product to our address.

After 7 days it will be solely company decision to fulfill your request or not.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund or return will only occur if :

  1. The wrong item was sent.
  2. The item is defective.
  3. The item was damaged in shipping. You can claim refund within 7 days from date of item(s) delivered to you. In case of refund the customer is responsible for sending the item(s) back to us and we will process the refund after receiving the item(s) and inspection of item(s).

You can cancel your order before delivery is processed. After you receive the tracking number it will be not possible to cancel the order. Refunds/Cancellation will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 3-7 working days depending on the mode of payment that the customer used.

In case of COD once a refund is confirmed we will initiate it either by issuing a voucher.

The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of returning item. Please note that your shipping cost is non-refundable.


Please note that the clearance & sale items will not be refunded. Clearance items will not be exchanged for another size or product.

Please note that cash refund will not be issued on the items on sale and clearance. On sale and clearance items, a voucher for the same value will be issued that you can use on any other item.
