The zip broke immediate on white palazzo pants, same happened with the black palazzo pants I ordered a few months ago. I requested on WhatsApp to double check the zip and make sure it's not defected but both pants zips did not work and broke

These black pleated palazzo pants are elegant, comfortable, and flow beautifully. But the zipper should be in the front instead of back, which would have been more convenient. Still a great piece overall!

I ordered this maxi dress but courier messed up the whole experience. It's beautiful but it's too long for me covering my feet. I ordered a size small. I wish that all these brands would make clothing for short people like me as well. Overall nice experience would recommend.
